How It Works
EMcontour has applicators that emit 2 energies at the same time: synchronized RF for fat reduction and HIFEM+ for muscle toning. RF heats up your muscles. The temperature quickly raises by several degrees. This process is similar to a warm-up before HIFEM+ intensely stimulates the muscles.

How Many Treatments Are Needed?
A typical recommendation is for around four (4) treatments, spaced two to three days apart over the course of two weeks. Each session lasts about half an hour. Some people have more treatments, for up to four weeks. EMScontour can provide excellent results on many different parts of the body.
Is the Treatment Painful?
EMcontour HIFEM treatments may feel intense but should never be painful. The following day you may be aware that you have had a treatment but there is no muscle pain or stiffness.
